Mathew (Matt) Gibb
Matt is a lawyer, consultant and public administrator who has spent nearly three decades advising corporations, individuals and governments in the development and management of complex economic programs and policy initiatives.
Experience & Activities
He is known for creative problem solving, particularly in business development and workforce demand, where he is a noted expert in international market development and site selection. Matt has led more than 50 international projects and trade missions, including multi-national manufacturing and trade. In 2011, Matt was appointed Deputy Oakland County Executive in charge of economic development and community affairs in Michigan’s most affluent metropolitan. In this role through several initiatives, Matt’s work produced more than $6 Billion in investment and 26,000 jobs. He has planned and coordinated development in 16 countries, including Asia and the Middle East.
